The Firm has many years of experience in litigation for accounting responsibility of officials/managers of the Public Administration. The client is assisted at every stage of the proceedings. From the phase concerning the request for clarification carried out by the Procura Regionale (Regional Prosecutor’s Office) to the litigation initiated by the claim for the compensation due to pecuniary damage.
The Firm also assists numerous Amministrazioni comunali (Municipal Administrations) in the cases related to the resa del conto (rendering of the account) by the Concessionario with respect to the roles issued by the Municipality for the collection of local taxes. The activity carried out by the Firm concerns the entire phase of verification of the roles issuing procedure, the monitoring of the accounting activity, and the discharge activities.
